The new General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR, regulates the processing by an individual, a company or an organisation of personal data relating to individuals in the EU. DAIMON has taken measures to comply with the GDPR regulation.

Who we are
What data do we collect?
For us to be able to communicate efficiently with you, we need to register some of your personal information such as your name, affiliation or email address, through contact forms. DAIMON collects the following data:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, phone number)
How do we collect your data?
You directly provide DAIMON with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:
- Voluntarily complete a contact form or provide feedback on any of our message boards or via email or website.
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.
How will we use your data?
DAIMON collects your data so that we can:
- Contact you with information about DAIMON activities or reply to your queries.
The personal information is used only to contact you about DAIMON and its activities through, for example, newsletters. Your information will not be shared with parties external to DAIMON.
How do we store your data?
DAIMON securely stores your data at local servers.
If you have consented to us processing your personal information, please note that you have the right to withdraw your consent at any time, by contacting firstname.lastname@example.org. Moreover, if any of your personal data is not correct, you can request its correction by contacting the same e-mail address.
What are your data protection rights?
DAIMON would like to make sure you are fully aware of all of your data protection rights. Every user is entitled to the following:
The right to access – You have the right to request DAIMON for copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that DAIMON corrects any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request DAIMON to complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that DAIMON erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that DAIMON restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to DAIMON’s processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that DAIMON transfer the data that we have collected to another organization, or directly to you, under certain conditions.
